Vinification
The grapes are harvested during September, at the right degree of ripeness and the expressed level of acidity. Bunches are destemmed and pressed. After the fermentation, the wine is aged on the lies for one month. Being one of the oldest cultivated autochthone grape varieties of Vayots Dzor, Khatun Kharji expresses a unique resistance to multiple diseases and extreme weather conditions of the region

Crisp, refreshing with a good body, this wine combines flavors of citrus, freshly cut grass, pear with a slight touch of tropical aromas

This wine can be served as an aperitif or paired with delicate fish and shellfish

It can be kept for 2 years in a good cellar, but it is preferable to drink it in the same year
