Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon (75%) Areni Noir (25%) | Alcohol: 14.5%
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at the right degree of ripeness. Cabernet Sauvignon is picked in September, while Areni - in the second half of October. Bunches are destemmed and crushed. The wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by an extended post-fermentative maceration. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 24 months

Elegant fruity bouquet with the typical scents of ripe red berries accompanied by notes of green bell pepper, caramel and vanilla. At the palate, the wine appears with powerful ripe tannins, refreshing acidity and long aftertaste

Pairs well with red meats, spicy dishes and hard cheeses
Aging
Could be immediately consumed but will reveal its true potential in 2-3 years. It can be kept for 10 years in a good cellar. Should be opened and left to breath or decanted an hour at least before being served
