Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness during the latter half of October. Following destemming and crushing, grape alcohol aged for a minimum of one year in oak barrels, with a strength of 77%, is added to the grape must to inhibit alcoholic fermentation. The fortified must undergoes an extended period of maceration. Subsequently, the finished wine is aged in oak barrels for 12 months. An elegant bouquet of characteristic ripe dark berries is combined with aromas of violet petals, vanilla, and white chocolate. In the mouth, the wine expresses itself with ripe fine tannins, caramel sweetness, and refreshing acidity
